Using ZoomCharts' advanced drill-down and cross-filtering capabilities, stakeholders can seamlessly explore data from regional summaries to individual hospitals and departments, uncover operational bottlenecks, evaluate resource utilization, and identify opportunities to improve patient care, workforce management, and financial performance through data-driven decision-making.
The Mandalay Sales Dashboard is an interactive data visualization solution designed to provide a comprehensive view of sales performance in Mandalay. It enables users to monitor key metrics such as total sales, revenue, and overall business performance in a clear and intuitive format. By presenting data through visual elements like charts and graphs, the dashboard makes it easier to identify trends, patterns, and changes over time, helping users understand how sales evolve across different periods.

Sales Performance Analysis Dashboard (FY20–FY21) is an interactive business intelligence platform built with Power BI that provides a comprehensive view of sales performance across customers, products, regions, and sales representatives. The dashboard enables organizations to monitor key metrics such as revenue, gross profit, customer growth, product performance, geographic sales distribution, and sales team effectiveness. With dynamic visualizations and drill-down capabilities, it helps decision-makers identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
The dashboard analyzes revenue, customers, products, stores, and returns, providing key insights such as $1.76M total revenue, $1.05M total profit with a 59.7% margin, over 10K customers segmented by demographics and priority, 1,560 products with mid-tier items driving most sales, and a low return rate of just ~1%. It demonstrates my skills in data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization storytelling, turning raw datasets into actionable business insights. This dashboard provides a concise overview of customer purchasing behavior and business performance. It analyzes data from 648 customers, highlighting key metrics such as average purchase amount ($58.63) and average review rating (3.72). The dashboard visualizes customer segments by subscription status, gender, and age group, along with sales and revenue by product category. It also examines customer shipping preferences to better understand buying patterns. The Coffee Shop 2023 Half-Time Review Dashboard is a Power BI project that analyzes the company’s sales performance for the first half of 2023. The dashboard highlights key metrics such as total sales ($699K), total transactions (149K), average order size ($4.69), top-performing product categories, and peak sales hours between 8 AM and 10 AM. Through data modeling, DAX calculations, and interactive visualizations, the project transforms raw sales data into clear, actionable business insights to support better decision-making.
